COVID-19 Guidelines

We are so pleased to be open once again in these difficult times. Things are going to be a bit different so that we can ensure the safety and well-being of our team and guests, the changes are new for everyone so please bear with us! We’ve been working behind the scenes on our menu offerings, service arrangements and the general restaurant environment to make sure that your visit gives you a great food and drink experience, along with our usual warm welcome.

Here are details of the steps we have taken to keep you and our employees safe:

From Thursday 24th September it become compulsory for all customers to wear a mask when visiting the restaurant, so please make sure to bring yours.

We’ve reviewed the government guidelines in detail, conducted a full risk assessment an taken the information from these sources to guide our ‘new normal’. We’ll also keep reviewing the guidance and make sure that we are on top of any changes that are needed.

Out opening hours, menu and table layout have been changed temporarily to enable us to manage our re-opening safely.

We’ve deep-cleaned the entire restaurant and kitchen. Ongoing thorough cleaning routines are in place, including more frequent cleaning and disinfection of all surfaces. For example, tables, chairs and small equipment will be cleaned after each use.

Our employees have always worked to the highest standard of cleanliness, but nevertheless have been re-trained in the correct hand washing method as well as specific COVID-19 practices and daily well-being checks including temperature.

You will be greeted at the restaurant entrance and guided to your table by on of the team. You will be provided with single use menus and drinks lists, which will also be available online for you to view before your visit.

Please let us look after you and place/remove items from your table to help avoid direct contact.

Hand sanitisers will be available throughout the restaurant and we provide face visors to all our team members for their safety as well as yours.

In line with government track and trace requirements, we will provide contact details forms for all guests and would ask that you kindly complete these upon arrival.

We’re encouraging contactless and card-only payment to avoid handling cash.

We respectfully ask that you do not visit the restaurant if you are suffering from symptoms of COVID-19 and would be grateful if you could let us know so that we can arrange a new future booking for you.

We are really looking forward to welcoming your back, or hosting you for the first time if you are a newcomer to our restaurant.

A bientot!
